Tucker Catlin
Viticulture, the development of grapes specifically grown for wine-making, is Tucker Catlin's chosen specialty. After earning his degree from UC Davis, Mr. Catlin became one of the early pioneers in developing sophisticated links between vine development and its end product. After working and researching for the renowned Sterling Vineyards, he went on to manage one of the largest single vineyard properties in the Napa Valley. He has designed and developed more than 1,000 acres in Napa, Sonoma Coast, Anderson Valley, Santa Rita, Santa Lucia, Paso Robles, and acreage as far away as Portugal.
Now a valued member of the Integrated Winegrowing Consortium, Tucker brings his energy and formidable experience to the challenges of property assessment and vineyard design. And, from plan to completion, he is frequently called upon to serve as liaison for IWG. In that capacity he is able to work directly with clients to insure the cohesive handling of all budget, engineering, permit acquisition, and construction elements of a project.

Heather Uriarte
For the past five years, Heather Uriarte has applied her versatile skill sets to guarantee the smooth running for many of the operational parts of IWG. She expedites all property investigation projects and production reports. She heads up the coordination and management of the tissue sampling process. And, jumping to a completely different field of expertise, Heather handles the entire Accounting Department for Integrated Winegrowing.
She received her Bachelor's degree in Viticulture and Enology from UC Davis. The Kendall-Jackson Winery hired her right out of college to work as a Research Viticulturist. During the next two years that title included the collecting and organizing of weather, soil, and grapevine data on over 13,000 acres of California vineyards. Heather also headed up numerous research trials for Kendall-Jackson throughout the state.
This organizational experience is what she brings to IWG's table and has made her an irreplaceable part of the IWG team.
